Welcome to the Boston Science Partnership (BSP) webpage for students. The BSP offers several different opportunities for middle and high school science students in the Boston Public Schools.

The BSP also offers programs for Boston Public School teachers, administrators, and STEM faculty at universities.

BSP programs for students

  • Laboratory enrichment programs are offered after school or on Saturdays for students taking AP Biology, AP Chemistry, or AP Physics.
  • Tutoring and mentoring are offered by the BSP and Harvard Medical School's Office of Diversity and Community Partnerships.
  • An AP practice exam session is held at University of Massachusetts Boston in April to help students taking AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics B, or AP Environmental Science prepare for the AP exam.

BSP programs are offered at no cost to grades six through twelve science students in the Boston Public Schools.
