-Attendees arriving from outside New England should plan to fly into Logan Airport in Boston, which is less than four miles from the UMass-Boston campus.
-The Doubletree Club Hotel - Boston Bayside and the Holiday Inn Express - 69 Boston Street are within walking distance of the UMass-Boston campus. Additional hotel options within a few miles of campus can be found here.
Notes:

-A light breakfast, refreshments and lunch will be provided.
-Parking is available in the North Lot, abutting the Campus Center. Alternatively, University Lots A-D are available. The South Lot is reserved for students. (campus map)
